Sustainability Specialist



Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Sustainability Specialist to drive the implementation of its long-term ESG strategy. As a key member of our team, you will help manage ESG operations, lead high-impact projects, and ensure that sustainability is fully integrated into business operations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Support the execution of the bank's ESG strategy, embedding sustainability across operations and key business decisions
  • Oversee ESG projects, track progress, and report on key performance indicators with a focus on sustainable procurement and supplier diversity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency in ESG reporting
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to drive sustainability and operational efficiency across the supply chain
  • Stay informed about evolving ESG regulations and trends to ensure the bank remains at the forefront of sustainability efforts


The ideal candidate will have:




  • Proven experience in ESG operations or sustainability, ideally within the financial services sector but other industry backgrounds will also be considered
  • Good knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., TCFD, GRI)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Exposure to procurement or supplier diversity - Nice to have
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a genuine passion for sustainability
