Salary: Up to £30,000
T2M Technical Ltd is seeking an Estimator to join our team within an engineering firm that specializes in the servicing and maintenance of lift systems throughout the UK.
As an Estimator, your primary role will involve evaluating new inquiries and supporting the sales team in formulating prices and responding to leads derived from insurance assessments and engineer reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer specifications and drawings to accurately price and quote work.
- Utilize software tools to generate and price quotations and proposals.
- Address technical inquiries from clients and present proposals.
- Follow up on ongoing inquiries from insurance and engineering reports.
Requirements for Success:
- Strong understanding of service and repair operations and their related costs.
- Experience in pricing and costing projects for electrical or mechanical maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service capacity within a B2B context.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with clear communication abilities.
This Estimator role is based in our office, offering a competitive salary up to £30,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package including a generous holiday allowance of 33 days (25 flexible days plus 8 bank holidays).
