Position Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Warehouse Lead to join our team within the Logistics division. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer service and minimizing waste through effective warehouse management.
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Bristol Depot
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee warehouse waste management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
2. Drive initiatives for Operational Excellence and monitor progress on key projects.
3. Foster a safety-first culture by utilizing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal product availability.
5. Manage the warehouse stock management system effectively.
6. Ensure compliance with all work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
7. Support the integration of new technologies and processes within the warehouse.
8. Conduct stock reconciliation at the end of each day and week.
9. Oversee Pick & Release and Voice Management operations.
10. Ensure comprehensive product traceability and assist in product recall processes.
11. Manage cross-stock operations and stock trailers.
12. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing performance data.
13. Control site assets and ensure efficient tracking of equipment.
14. Provide exceptional customer support and address any inquiries.
15. Uphold cleanliness standards to mitigate environmental risks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive, self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
