Compensation Package: up to £28,922 plus service charges

Position Overview:

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the Food and Beverage team in accordance with the Meli White House operational standards. This role also involves the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our Food & Beverage procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all food and beverage personnel are well-versed in the hotel's Health and Safety Policy and adhere to safe working practices consistently.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all food items, dishes, wines, and beverages offered across all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Act as an effective team leader, ensuring efficient cost control at all times.
  • Address guest and customer complaints with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
  • Participate in the implementation of Food and Beverage promotions.
  • Assign mandatory training to staff and ensure timely completion of e-learning courses, providing assistance to junior staff as needed.
  • Maintain professional and motivated working relationships, respecting cultural and individual differences.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
