The RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us continue our journey of growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, recruiting for both permanent and contract IT roles, and leveraging your network and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key accounts and deliver excellence in IT recruitment
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through your network and market knowledge
- Engage in 360 recruitment activities, building your own desk and winning new business
- Collaborate with directors to implement new ideas and strategies, keeping our business at the forefront of innovation
- At least 4 years of successful experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and awareness of the latest trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver excellence
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and effective time management
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
