About the Role

This is a pivotal position within PIE Recruitment, where you will play a central part in the growth of our business. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of current accounts across franchised dealer groups, independents, and manufacturers across the North East/Scotland region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • Drive high volumes of payments through our FinTech platform, increasing revenue and growth for the company.
  • Network and develop relationships with OEMs, retail groups, and established third-party automotive systems.
  • Introduce new products to market, challenging established thinking and promoting innovative solutions.
  • Conduct account reviews to analyze and boost customer interaction, ensuring optimal results.
