Business Development Manager

This is a pivotal position within PIE Recruitment, where you will play a central part in the growth of our business. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of current accounts across franchised dealer groups, independents, and manufacturers across the North East/Scotland region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
- Drive high volumes of payments through our FinTech platform, increasing revenue and growth for the company.
- Network and develop relationships with OEMs, retail groups, and established third-party automotive systems.
- Introduce new products to market, challenging established thinking and promoting innovative solutions.
- Conduct account reviews to analyze and boost customer interaction, ensuring optimal results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and its trends.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
