About the Role
As a vital member of our project management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of various high-profile projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding projects from their initial stages through to completion, collaborating closely with Programme Managers and a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Utilize project management software and documentation to maintain compliance and track progress, ensuring alignment with institutional standards.

Documentation Management: Handle a comprehensive array of project documentation, including financial and legal records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Meeting Coordination: Record detailed minutes during meetings, ensuring timely distribution of reports and follow-up actions.

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the schedule of a Programme Manager, resolving conflicts and preparing necessary meeting materials.

Administrative Support: Provide essential support by preparing reports, organizing workshops, and maintaining an engaging online presence.

Financial Oversight: Manage purchase orders, process invoices, and prepare financial reports with a meticulous approach using financial systems.

Essential Qualifications
