Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Site Construction Manager. As a Trainee Site Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Work closely with the Site Construction Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on an active construction site in any capacity.
- Alternatively, have studied HNC Construction Management.
- Be flexible in your approach to work to maximize your chances of success.
- Be happy working alone or as part of a team.
- Hold a full UK Driver's Licence, or be in the process of learning to drive.
