As a Product Owner at Halfords, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's garage management and mobile van software platform. You will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the team delivers value through high-quality, user-centric products.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and priorities.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, utilizing feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product development process.
- Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning meetings, and reviews to ensure the team is focused and productive.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Proven experience working on complex, technically challenging SaaS web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
