Compliance Coordinator - Wells & Co
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our legal team in a temporary capacity. This position is perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and possesses exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and management of legal documentation.
  • Assist the Head of Safety in coordinating health and safety initiatives, projects, and maintaining records.
  • Conduct policy evaluations and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
  • Manage trademark activities and monitor potential conflicts for timely resolution.
  • Gather customer due diligence data to assess financial risk profiles.
  • Process licensing modifications and renewals in accordance with regulations, liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Facilitate licensing training for management to ensure compliance with operational policies.
  • Organise regular licensing workshops to meet company requirements for personal licence holders.
  • Handle insurance claims and investigations, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted promptly.
  • Ensure timely updates and registrations at Companies House regarding company financials and other necessary filings.
  • Manage company share and bond records along with pension scheme documentation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings.
  • Support the organisation of meetings and events, ensuring accurate minutes are recorded.
  • Maintain the accuracy and compliance of data within the company's information management system.
  • Coordinate the processing of invoices related to legal services and manage daily external correspondence.
Experience Required:
  • Outstanding organisational and communication abilities, with a strong focus on detail.
  • Proficient in IT applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Competence in analysing and interpreting complex governance and compliance information.
