Compliance Coordinator - Wells & Co
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support our legal department. This position is crucial for ensuring that our operations align with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the organization and management of legal documentation.
  • Assist the Safety Manager in coordinating health and safety initiatives, projects, and maintaining safety records.
  • Conduct policy evaluations and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to legal standards and corporate policies.
  • Manage trademark processes and monitor potential conflicts for timely resolution.
  • Gather customer due diligence data to evaluate financial risk profiles.
  • Process licensing modifications and renewals in compliance with regulations, liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Facilitate licensing training for managers to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Organize licensing workshops to meet the requirements for personal license holders and manage premises license adjustments.
  • Handle insurance claims and investigations, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted promptly.
  • Ensure timely updates and registrations at the relevant corporate registry.
  • Maintain company share and bond records along with pension scheme documentation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings.
  • Help coordinate meetings and special events, ensuring accurate record-keeping of discussions.
  • Ensure data integrity within the company’s information management system, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Manage invoice processing for legal services and oversee daily external correspondence.
Experience Required:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex compliance-related information.
