Compliance Coordinator - Wells & Co
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Compliance Coordinator to support our legal team in maintaining adherence to regulatory standards. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in dynamic settings and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the organization and management of legal documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating health and safety initiatives, including data management and reporting.
  • Conduct policy assessments and compliance evaluations to ensure alignment with legal and company standards.
  • Manage trademark activities and monitor potential conflicts.
  • Gather and analyze customer due diligence data to assess risk profiles.
  • Facilitate licensing modifications and renewals, liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers on licensing regulations and compliance protocols.
  • Organize workshops for personal license holders to meet company compliance requirements.
  • Handle insurance claims and investigations, ensuring timely data submission to insurers.
  • Ensure timely updates and registrations with regulatory bodies.
  • Manage company share and bond records along with pension scheme documentation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings.
  • Support the planning of meetings and events, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain the integrity of data within the company’s information systems in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate the processing of invoices related to legal services.
Experience Required:
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities with a focus on detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Exceptional prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to interpret complex compliance-related information.
