The role of Supported Living Manager is diverse and no two days are alike. Here are some key responsibilities you may undertake:
- Oversee the operational functions and development of the service.
- Ensure a strong commitment to achieving Peak15's mission, values, and strategic goals.
- Maintain high standards of quality and continuous improvement within the service.
- Manage the service in accordance with the budgetary guidelines set by Peak15.
- Handle all aspects of staff management, including recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and team meetings.
- Collaborate with Head Office support teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, exceeding government legislation and CQC compliance requirements under The Care Act.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Essential: NVQ Level 4 or higher in Health and Social Care
- Essential: Valid UK Driving Licence
- Desirable: Previous experience as a Registered Service Manager with the CQC
