Position Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams play a crucial role in promoting TE's products, systems, or services. They provide comprehensive technical product insights and nurture relationships with clients within designated geographic territories, industries, or accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic territory plans for both Accounts and Key Accounts.
  • Conduct research and gather data for PAM, TAM, and SAM to inform customer strategies.
  • Lead the creation of customer roadmaps and ensure effective communication across the organization, utilizing SFDC as a platform.
  • Establish strong customer partnerships by consistently showcasing a compelling value proposition and exceptional customer experience.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and conduct thorough competitive assessments.
  • Stay informed about market trends and technologies that could impact both short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Identify and assess emerging competitors and complementary businesses to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to formulate and execute growth strategies for both the near and distant future.
  • Effectively communicate and advocate for growth plans to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management.
  • Familiarity with relevant products and industry experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing abilities, with a talent for building credible relationships across various organizational functions.
  • Technical and commercial education or experience, such as Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (with a focus on electro-mechanics/electronics), is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial insight.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with a clear focus on executing priorities.
  • Experience in Project Management, particularly in facilitating complex projects.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing environments.
  • Self-driven with the capability to thrive in demanding situations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
