We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to become part of our team, concentrating on public sector finance.

Key Duties:

  • Utilize diverse channels to identify and connect with prospective candidates for public sector finance positions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of robust relationships with clients, comprehending their recruitment requirements, and delivering customized solutions.
  • Remain informed about trends and changes in the public sector finance landscape, offering insights that enhance value for both clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews, providing feedback and managing communication between clients and candidates.
  • Keep our candidate and client databases updated, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

Candidate Profile:

  • A graduate holding a bachelor's degree.
  • A keen interest in public sector finance and the recruitment field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative individual who is eager to contribute to team achievements.
  • A self-motivated person with a strong desire to succeed and a readiness to learn and develop in the role.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
