Trainee Recruitment Consultant Compensation:

* Base Salary: £25,000 (Year 1 OTE: Up to £35,000, Year 2 OTE: Up to £65,000)

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:

No experience? No problem. Every top billing consultant started where you are now. Our industry-leading Learning and Development (L&D) program is tailored specifically for you, combining hands-on learning with structured training that covers everything from sourcing candidates and navigating the recruitment process to mastering market knowledge, negotiation, and contract placements.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

* Talent Sourcing & Screening: Unearth top-tier healthcare talent using innovative sourcing strategies.

* End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer negotiation.

* Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, positioning yourself as their go-to advisor.

* Networking: Attend client meetings and industry events to expand your network and generate new business opportunities.

* Deal Closing: Match candidates with their dream roles and earn commission for your success.

What We’re Looking For:

* Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales (B2B, B2C, SDR, D2D, BDR, Account Management) is highly desirable.

* Education: A 2:1 degree or higher is preferred but not essential.

* Competitive Edge: Background in competitive sports is a plus.

* Target Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building.
