- Deal with escalated customer matters in conjunction with the MD and report weekly to the Managing Director.
- Engage with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Update team members on new products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure continuous improvement and train and motivate team members.
- Assist with employee relations, including recruitment, staff rotas, performance, welfare, communication, involvement, probation, induction, performance reviews, and dispute resolution.
- Health, safety, and environmental management within area of responsibility.
- Develop employees within all areas of responsibility in line with objectives and KPIs.
- Complete all necessary documentation on time and in full.
