We are seeking a committed Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Recruitment Administration Team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about enhancing the recruitment experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your supportive demeanor and interpersonal skills will be crucial in fostering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday to Friday, with core hours between 08:00 and 18:00.
Benefits include: Free on-site parking and a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home for most of the week while collaborating in the office on designated days.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will encompass:
- Collaborating closely with the Recruitment Admin Coordinator to ensure all administrative tasks are executed with meticulous attention to detail.
- Serving as the initial point of contact for recruitment inquiries from managers, recruiters, and candidates.
- Posting new job openings on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various platforms.
- Updating and reposting existing job advertisements on recruitment channels.
- Reviewing CV submissions and coordinating with management regarding shortlisted candidates.
- Data Entry for maintaining Recruitment trackers.
- Compiling data for any recruitment reports as needed.
- Coordinating interview schedules by liaising with managers to check availability.
- Collecting feedback from managers on candidates to advance in the interview process.
- Updating the ATS with candidate progress and relevant notes.
- Communicating offer details to successful candidates and assisting them through the onboarding process.
- Verifying candidates' Right to Work submissions and completing the recruitment process by forwarding files to Screening.
- Collaborating with the Securitas UK Screening team to ensure accuracy in candidate details.
- Assisting with Recruitment Day events when team capacity allows.
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager in achieving recruitment objectives, policies, and processes.
- Performing additional reasonable duties as requested by the Recruitment Admin Coordinator.
This role may require flexibility to provide support during peak periods and cover for team members during absences.
Essential Qualifications- Eligibility to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work or education history.
- Proximity to the office for in-person collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, and proficiency in multitasking.
- A positive, proactive, and helpful approach with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and online job boards is advantageous.
- Experience in CV screening, application evaluation, and candidate shortlisting.
