Insurance Account Manager

As a key member of our Commercial Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing quotations for New Business and Renewals, and assisting the office and being a referral point for the Assistants.
Your new role will involve delivering excellent customer service while meeting customer requirements efficiently and effectively for New Business. You will also be responsible for dealing with all enquiries from clients in the branch, over the phone and via email to ensure all targets are maximised.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in an Insurer or Broker as an Account Handler/Account Handler. You will ideally be Cert CII qualified or looking to take your qualifications.
You will also need to have 2 years minimum experience working within a broking or underwriting environment, excellent insurance knowledge with strong communication skills both written and verbally. You will have the ability to work alone or within a team and have excellent people skills. You will also have competent skills in Microsoft Office.
