Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers receive good outcomes from every interaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Achieve individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras.
- Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries through prospecting and marketing.
- Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options.
