The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a demanding post room setting and be proficient in franking machines and scanning equipment.", "Key Responsibilities": "The successful candidate will be responsible for general mailroom duties, sorting and franking internal and external mail, booking packages into a computerized system, delivering packages using receipt confirmation handheld devices, and booking courier jobs online. They will also be expected to understand and have a general knowledge of the company's internal processes to assist and respond to various enquiries.", "Requirements": "The ideal candidate will have good time-keeping skills, a positive and professional attitude, and excellent communication skills. They will also be physically fit and able to work alone and within a team.
