About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Post Room & Facilities Assistant to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our post room and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and frank internal and external mail
  • Book packages into a computerized system
  • Deliver packages using receipt confirmation handheld devices
  • Book courier jobs online
  • Meet room setup/clearance and office and furniture moves

About You:

  • Good time keeping
  • Positive and professional with a 'can-do' approach
  • Friendly and helpful attitude to customers
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Physically fit and able
  • Good IT Skills
  • Full UK Driving License required - confident mid-size van driver
