We are seeking a motivated and reliable Post Room & Facilities Assistant to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our mailroom team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our post room operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General mailroom duties, including sorting and franking internal and external mail
- Booking packages into a computerized system
- Delivering packages using receipt confirmation handheld devices
- Booking courier jobs online
- Meeting room setup and clearance
- Office and furniture moves
About You:
- Good time keeping and ability to manage time effectively
- Positive and professional attitude with a 'can-do' approach
- Friendly and helpful attitude to customers
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able
- Good IT skills
- Full UK driving license required
