About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and natural leader to join our team as an Automotive Shop Supervisor. As part of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shop when the Manager is not around.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results and maintain high standards of customer service.
  2. Lead by example and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Prepare and manage our products, including making sandwiches and maintaining our ovens.
  4. Ensure our displays are fully stocked and visually appealing at all times.
  5. Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment.
