Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of declarative change solutions to drive project delivery
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools within Salesforce
  • Evaluate, install, and configure third-party applications from the AppExchange marketplace
  • Provide technical support for escalated user and production issues
  • Mentor and coach junior Administrators to develop their skills
  • Create a collaborative team environment to foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Requirements:
  • Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer 1
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
  • Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Advanced problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
