About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at Trustpilot. As a trusted advisor to our cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial part in driving our Salesforce platform to its full potential, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Salesforce Product Management
    1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap.
    2. Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    3. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  2. Agile Business Analysis
    1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying gaps, pain points, and areas for optimization across commercial and marketing ops and tech initiatives.
    2. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
    3. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
    4. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  3. Data Integrity and Reporting
    1. Develop and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
    2. Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Completed or studying a Business Analyst qualification (e.g. CBA, CCBA).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, including customization and configuration.
  4. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
  5. Agile Certification desired.
  6. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
  7. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams.
