Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport Operations: Ensure timely and accurate transportation checks, and inform customers of delivery schedules.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads for the sales team.
  • Reporting and Administration: Compile and analyze sales data, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Black Books and Supplier Management: Research and identify new business opportunities, and arrange meetings with suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable, but not essential.
