Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vehicles, including driving our C-Suite team to various locations within the UK. When driving is not required, you will focus on maintaining our fleet to the highest standards, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the C-Suite team to various locations within the UK, working closely with the C-Suite Support Office to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Ensure all Forseven vehicles, whether part of the fleet or pool, are taxed and road legal, and complete any necessary administration for registration or de-registration.
  • Maintain a log to track employee usage of fleet or pool cars and produce a monthly report to share with management, highlighting car mileage.

Requirements

  • Hold a full, clean UK driving license.
  • Have experience in the administration of fleet or pool vehicles.
  • Understand vehicle compliance for road use.
  • Possess good communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the business.
