{"About the Role": "We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Reception Team at DS Smith's corporate head office in London. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our colleagues, visitors, and external customers, assisting with onsite queries and supporting onsite meetings.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the switchboard, assisting with meeting room bookings & queries, and general administrative tasks to ensure our colleagues and visitors receive a warm and friendly welcome. You will also provide handovers to the cleaning and maintenance team and assist the Workplace Manager with fire drills, first aid requirements, and any ad hoc requests.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, strong administrative skills, and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will also have a can-do attitude, be well-organized, and able to prioritize workloads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the switchboard and assist with meeting room bookings & queries

* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, visitors, and external customers

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Can-do attitude, well-organized, and able to prioritize workloads
* Previous reception or customer service experience
* Trained Fire Marshal and appointed First Aider or willing to take similar training/certificate arranged by the company
