Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate CDM Consultant/ Principal Designer to join our team at We Recruit Group Ltd. As a key member of our Construction Consultancy team, you will be responsible for delivering various health and safety services to ensure compliance on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver various health and safety services to ensure compliance on construction projects.
  • Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.
  • Manage design risk registers and ensure that they are updated on a regular basis.
  • Chair design and client team meetings and offer input in relation to safety in design and risk management at pre-construction stages.
  • Prepare health and safety files and construction phase plans where required.
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure that RAMS are in place.
  • Carry out risk assessments and site inspections for project portfolio.
  • Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders (architects, contractors, developers, designers, client) and keep them informed of changes regarding safety.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required).
  • Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM or similar professional body (desirable).
  • Excellent understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations.
  • Good understanding of BSA and the changes affecting the industry (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Client-facing and professional.
  • Full UK driving license.
