Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members in a residential setting for young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff members in a residential setting for young adults
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of residents
  • Develop and implement care plans for residents
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in a residential care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
  • Enhanced overtime rate
