Responsibilities:
- System Development & Architecture:
- Direct the research, development, and architectural design of international e-commerce warehouse management systems to deliver intelligent and efficient solutions.
- Create scalable system models and business architectures aligned with industry best practices.
- Technical Problem Solving:
- Resolve technical challenges, including high concurrency and performance issues, with effective solutions.
- System Quality & Stability:
- Enhance the quality and stability of systems, guiding engineers to optimize various technical metrics.
- Architecture Design:
- Implement architectural design principles focusing on high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Distributed Systems Knowledge:
- Apply knowledge of distributed systems, including load balancing and transaction management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a software development environment.
- Coding Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Golang, or C, along with relevant technology stacks.
- Middleware: Familiarity with middleware technologies including message queues and caching systems.
- Architecture Experience: Proven experience in architectural design and implementation, particularly in high-availability and high-performance systems.
- Distributed Systems: In-depth understanding of distributed systems theories and principles.
- Complex Systems: Experience in leading the design or reconstruction of medium to large complex systems, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
