JR Personnel is an employment agency representing a client seeking a skilled Administrative professional with experience in Projects and Finance.

The Project Financial Coordinator will become a vital member of a dynamic team, assisting them in navigating Financial and reporting challenges throughout the execution of a Technical project.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the successful delivery of groundbreaking projects from a Commercial standpoint and providing support throughout the project lifecycle.

This position is ideal for a Project professional eager to contribute to a prestigious and innovative organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • A dedicated individual who is eager to learn, enjoys tackling problems, and thrives in challenging situations.
  • Ability to engage with team members at all levels to develop effective solutions.
  • Address Financial matters as they arise and conduct thorough analysis of Project data.
  • Take initiative and manage your own Project responsibilities.
  • Assist with the Accounts Receivable process.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and keep them updated on issues affecting your portfolio of Projects.

Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in Project management and Finance is advantageous.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in administration with a focus on supporting project work and administrative tasks within a project environment.
