Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee retail fit-out projects and ensure their successful execution.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Coordinate with management to align work schedules with showroom activities.
- Project Execution
- Manage new showroom fit outs and updates for new product lines.
- Oversee seasonal maintenance and small showroom projects.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Project Control and Reporting
- Regularly report project status to leadership and update all parties on progress.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
- Financial Management
- Manage budgets, subcontractors, and the tender process to maximize efficiency.
- Quality Assurance
- Optimize showroom displays, ensuring accurate data and compliance with H&S standards before opening.
The ideal candidate will have experience of overseeing retail fit-out projects and be able to build strong relationships with third parties and subcontractors.
A relevant project-based qualification (Prince2, AMP) is desirable, but not essential.
