Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the Dedicated Helpdesk: Ensure that all jobs are correctly captured and logged onto our CRM system.
- Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate quotes for small building works and maintenance jobs.
- Supplier and Contractor Management: Work with suppliers and contractors to secure the best prices and meet customer KPIs.
- Work Order Planning & Scheduling: Plan and schedule work orders to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Reporting and Data Analytics: Accurately collect, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance data.
- Team Management: Effectively manage, train, and motivate our helpdesk team to deliver exceptional service.
- Essential Skills:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills:
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office formats.
- Industry Experience: Experience in building works, maintenance, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead a team to achieve exceptional results.
We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Manager or Helpdesk Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the FM & Maintenance industry.
