Helpdesk & Estimation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk & Estimation Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our established FM Service provider as they continue to grow and expand their services across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Dedicated Helpdesk: Ensure that all jobs are correctly captured and logged onto our CRM system.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate quotes for small building works and maintenance jobs.
  • Supplier and Contractor Management: Work with suppliers and contractors to secure the best prices and meet customer KPIs.
  • Work Order Planning & Scheduling: Plan and schedule work orders to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Reporting and Data Analytics: Accurately collect, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance data.
  • Team Management: Effectively manage, train, and motivate our helpdesk team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills:
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office formats.
    • Industry Experience: Experience in building works, maintenance, or a related field.
    • Leadership Skills: Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead a team to achieve exceptional results.

We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Manager or Helpdesk Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the FM & Maintenance industry.
