About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Lead Residential Manager at the CareTech Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential care home, ensuring that our children and young people receive the highest standard of care and support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to our children and young people.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing an Ofsted-rated home.
- Experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviors.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent knowledge of current legislations, including The Children's Homes England Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2015.
