The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. You will work closely with our Senior Managers to lead on all HR initiatives, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for all client roles, ensuring that the best candidates are identified and selected.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and suppliers.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Develop and implement innovative employee engagement strategies, driving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the appraisal process, ensuring that all employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Source and organize training and development programs, utilizing the apprenticeship levy to drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely data.
- Work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement a performance-driven culture.
- Support on wider HR projects, including policy development and employee communications.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR advisory role, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing employee relations caseloads, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law, ideally CIPD level 5 or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft packages.
