Your Role as a Financial Planning Team Leader
As a Financial Planning Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in building and developing strong relationships with clients. You'll be responsible for delivering tailored financial planning and wealth management advice, ensuring it aligns with client needs and our firm's policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of financial planners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Develop and execute the annual business plan, driving individual and team performance towards agreed targets.
- Cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones through exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Structure and conduct professional client meetings, providing up-to-date, accurate advice that addresses their specific financial objectives.
- Collaborate with Investment Management and Professional Services colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Maintain a robust New Business Pipeline (NBP), ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Ensure meticulous client record-keeping, adhering to Group policy and maintaining data integrity.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Financial Planning or Advisory role.
- Experience leading and managing teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships on a fee basis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client information and provide tailored recommendations.
- Technical knowledge of financial planning strategies and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
