We specialize in Project Management and PMO Consultancy services, providing resources from our own permanent team of professionals, including Project Management and PMO specialists, Business Analysts, and Technical Experts, delivering services through a flexible, on-demand resourcing model.

This position is full-time, requiring a commitment of 5 days per week, with a blend of remote work and client engagements within your designated area.

As an IT Program Coordinator at Stoneseed Ltd, you will oversee all facets of IT initiatives from inception to completion.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Planning and scheduling
  • Risk assessment and management
  • Effective communication
  • Stakeholder engagement

Your primary objective will be to guarantee that all initiatives are executed within the established timeline, budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Moreover, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

To excel in this position, you must have a solid understanding of IT Project Management methodologies, coupled with hands-on experience managing a diverse array of projects.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Your role will involve:

  • Comprehensive client-side project management with accountability for project delivery
  • Defining, scoping, and planning multi-disciplinary projects
  • Stakeholder management
  • Facilitating business change management
  • Selection and implementation oversight

You should possess a proven history of successfully delivering intricate technical projects and have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Lead IT Project Coordinator.

Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required, along with the ability to build key client relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.

Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking benefits to ensure that the anticipated advantages are realized and the project is deemed successful, as well as managing all related project expenditures, including hardware, software, capital, and operational expenses.
