Event Chef Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Event Chef to join our team at an Independent Restaurant in Sutton Coldfield. As the Event Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event catering services, ensuring seamless event execution, and creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

The Restaurant is renowned for its unique dining experience, vibrant atmosphere, and welcoming environment. You will have the creative freedom to design bespoke menus for each event, working closely with our events team to deliver tailored solutions. Our private function room regularly hosts events with up to 200 guests, making this a dynamic and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead event catering services, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional service
  • Design and deliver bespoke menus for each event, working closely with the events team
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient event execution
  • Manage event logistics, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event catering, preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and lead event services with confidence
  • Valid driving license, due to the location of the restaurant

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £34,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Flexible schedule: 4 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs
