About the Role

The Belfry Hotel and Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
  • Take ownership of your section of the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the kitchen management team to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of allergens and dietary safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented safely.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, ensuring that you remain up-to-date with the latest culinary techniques and trends.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and service. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
