Wellbeing Officer

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Officer to provide high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct wellbeing meetings with students to discuss their problems and concerns.
  • Analyse and identify wellbeing cases, and share reports with the Wellbeing Manager.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care.
  • Offer support to students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties affecting their learning.
  • Manage a caseload of student wellbeing matters, reviewing support needs and logging student outcomes.
  • Communicate with tutors and other central services to ensure effective support.
  • Help the Wellbeing Manager deliver workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events.
  • Plan and organise own workload, contributing to longer-term plans and programmes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or related subjects.
  • Experience working with diverse students and populations.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments and crisis management.
