Property Management Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Property Management Specialist to become an integral part of our team at Dexters Estate Agent Group. This position is crucial in supporting our Lettings division within the Tenancy and Property Management departments, ensuring we deliver outstanding service that fosters the growth and retention of our Landlords and enhances our Lettings portfolio.

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience and portfolio size.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all properties meet compliance standards, are safe, and ready for occupancy by working closely with the Property Management team.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants throughout the property management lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough Pre-Tenancy Inspections.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation through various administrative tasks.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants to maximize business opportunities.
  • Oversee the progress of work and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with end-of-tenancy processes, including the return of deposits.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly as they arise.
  • Promote the refurbishments team to improve portfolio quality.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation affecting property management.
  • Participate in morning meetings with Lettings teams to ensure effective communication.
