Position Overview

In this capacity, you will oversee a team of Solutions Analysts, driving performance and fostering customer relationships to deliver top-tier classification services and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Solutions Analysts, ensuring they meet critical deadlines and effectively engage with clients to facilitate successful renewals.
  • Mentor and develop the Solutions Analysts, identifying areas for improvement and addressing them or escalating to the Head of Solutions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate Classification into the broader LNIP product suite.
  • Take ownership of multiple customer accounts, including strategic partnerships, ensuring successful deployment of Classification solutions and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Engage with customers to map processes, deliver results, and define success metrics.
  • Conduct thorough research on various technologies and products relevant to our services.
  • Define and document project scopes to create client-specific classifier taxonomies.
  • Train supervised machine learning classifiers using curated patent data to enable automated tagging of patents based on specific technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in innovation and technology trends.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in customer-facing activities.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects, preferably in the IP sector utilizing Classification techniques.
