Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team, providing support and companionship to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and live happy, healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their well-being and happiness.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as food preparation, household chores, and personal care, to help clients maintain their independence.
  • Support clients in the community, accompanying them on outings and activities, and helping with shopping and other errands.
  • Offer mobility support and transportation, assisting clients with wheelchair transfers and driving them to appointments and activities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
  • A means of transport is required, as clients are primarily cared for in their own homes.
  • Reliability, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality care are essential.
