Job Overview

We are seeking bright individuals with a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills to join our small growing team as a Financial Markets Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be focused on attracting international specialists for open roles in a variety of countries, particularly in Europe and the US.
  • The role will be mainly office based, with a significant period of time spent networking and researching existing databases for individuals with experience matching current requirements.
  • You will be required to speak with contacts at all levels throughout the day, mainly over the phone but also where possible and relevant, in person.
  • One you have gained an understanding of the technical aspects of this sector, you will have the opportunity to develop the business area and gain new clients for your business area.

Requirements

  • As a bright individual, you will have the ability to pick up technical concepts.
  • Trustworthy and diligent, with a strong academic background and evidence of research experience.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with the desire to excel.
  • Strong communication skills both in person and particularly given our international client base.
  • Flexibility to work with people in other time zones who may require communicating with outside of usual office hours.
