Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Professional Construction Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on construction costs and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Valuing variations and preparing interim valuations with senior surveyors
  • Pricing dayworks and working closely with site teams to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Preparing and agreeing payment amounts with clients
  • Providing expert advice on construction costs and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • Complimentary relevant industry work experience
