About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Home Treatment Team in Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a recognized qualification in mental health and a sound knowledge of current professional staff development and continuous service improvement issues. They will also have experience of working with individuals with serious mental illness and a non-medical prescribing certificate would be desirable.

We offer a comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
