About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Hospital Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strong and robust leadership in the hospital environment, promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all service users, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
  2. Budgetary Oversight: Collaborate with the Hospital Director to oversee budgetary matters and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the site is compliant with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements, including completing regulatory notifications and investigations.
  4. Project Management: Oversee and deliver site projects, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Possess experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin and a background in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  2. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  3. Regulatory Knowledge: Have a detailed understanding of statutory regulations and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
