Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100+ staff members and ensuring the smooth operation of our high-volume restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
